Strategic Snapshot
A focused, fixed-fee engagement offering a practical place to start. With a fast turnaround, New Shore examines a particular challenge or opportunity and provides a concise report with clear recommendations and practical pathways forward.
Strategic Advisory
Ongoing counsel for leaders, boards and organisations navigating decisions, change or growth. A trusted sounding board to test thinking, challenge assumptions and determine what comes next.

Why “New Shore”?
The name comes from Joseph Kentenich, a German priest of the twentieth century who founded the international Schoenstatt Movement. His prophetic vision was centred on forming free, deeply-rooted personalities who would renew both the Church and society.
Father Kentenich spoke of standing on the shore between two worlds — one familiar but fading, one not yet clear — and of the courage to leave familiar ground, trust in God's providence, and move towards a new shore.
That's the spirit of this work: knowing what must be held onto, recognising what needs to change, and having the wisdom and courage to chart the way forward.
